By accessing or using Cresca OS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms cover all software solutions and infrastructure consulting provided by our team.

2. Operational Services

Cresca OS provides business operating systems and automation services. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and pricing tiers are defined in individual proposal documents or master service agreements.

3. Limitation of Liability

Cresca OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We aim for 99.9% operational uptime but do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the 90-day ROI guarantee outlined during onboarding.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

By opting into CRESCA OS text messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated messages for appointment reminders and business operational updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". We will send a confirmation message to verify unsubscription.
  • Assistance: Reply with HELP at any time for direct assistance from our operational support team.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All system architectures and custom automation flows developed for the client are the property of the client upon final payment, unless otherwise governed by a specific licensing agreement.
